Raw Beauty Lounge is seeking a talented and motivated Lash Artist to join our growing team. With multiple established locations across Arizona, Raw Beauty Lounge has built a strong reputation over the past 8 years for quality work, professionalism, and exceptional client experience.
We are looking for an artist who is passionate about lashes, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow within a supportive, high-standard environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services
- Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain detailed client records
- Ensure proper sanitation and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service and client retention
- Participate in ongoing education and team trainings
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Esthetician, Lash or Cosmetology License (required)
- Lash certification preferred
- Handmade volume lashing experience
- Strong portfolio of work (photos required)
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for the beauty industry and continued growth
