Looking for a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our clinical team. The Associate Therapist will provide therapeutic services to residents in a structured residential treatment setting while working under the supervision of a licensed Behavioral Health Professional.

This is a contracted, 40 hour/ week position. Shifts are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm

Phoenix , Az.

$32.21/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and psychoeducational therapy to residents

• Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on mental health stabilization, coping skills, trauma recovery, and relapse prevention

• Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of individualized treatment plans

• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with AZDHS regulations and agency policies

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team including medical providers, case managers, and behavioral health technicians and
maintain accurate and timely progress notes, assessments, and treatment documentation

• Support discharge planning and continuity of care for residents transitioning to outpatient services

• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional licensing boards and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LMSW or LAC license thru AZ. Board of Behavioral Health.
• Must pass background and drug test
