Implementation Associate (Salon and Spa Space)

Implementation Associate This position is responsible for all inbound inquiries through the implementation call center. This will include clients who have Digital Implementation packages but may also include general questions from clients who have a higher-level implementation package needing immediate assistance.

Primary Responsibilities

o Answers queue calls, live chats, inbound department emails

o Completes assigned data entry projects with Meevo UI and/or data conversion templates

o Covers scheduled milestone calls as required

o Covers Scheduled Meevo trainings/webinars as required

Secondary Responsibilities

o Performs general follow up calls for Implementation Specialists as needed

o Responsible for merchant activations

o Completing assigned onboarding tickets

o Meevo addon / business booster setups

o Conducts Meevo trainings as needed to assist client learning

o Completes a variety of other “gap” projects as assigned by Implementation Management

o Exports data as assigned by Data Services

Requirements

o AA/AS degree preferred. Front Desk experience in a spa or salon is very helpful.

o 1+ years of SaaS Point of Sale support or Implementation experience

o Will be expected to complete Meevo onboarding and certification courses
