Real Estate Cold Caller (Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term)
We are a growing real estate acquisitions team looking for an **experienced cold caller** to join us in a **full-time, long-term remote role**.
This is a stable opportunity for someone who is consistent, professional on the phone, and comfortable working in a structured environment.
## Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to real estate agents
* Collect key property details
* Enter accurate notes and updates into the CRM
* Follow up with leads consistently
* Work with the acquisitions team to identify potential deals

## Requirements
* Previous cold calling experience (required)

## Compensation
* **Up to $7/hour starting rate (based on experience and performance)**
* **Commission on closed deals**
* Performance-based increases over time
