What You Will Do

As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations and ensuring successful project execution. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of construction. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with layout, surveying, and project documentation
• Supporting quality assurance and ensuring field compliance with plans and specs
• Maintaining accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Helping drive schedule adherence and field productivity
• Learning the GC's best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management roles

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual with a strong commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for construction.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred
• Must be comfortable working in the Field and working in accordance with the Project Manager and Superintendent, in managing the projects
• Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within
• Good tenure; we value professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus but no need if you don't have!
