Precision Mechanical Assembler -- Industrial Control Panels
Job Description
Job Description
Join Our Phoenix Build Team
We’re growing and have multiple openings for skilled Mechanical Assemblers in Phoenix, Arizona. You’ll turn detailed drawings into finished machinery and control panels, hitting perfect quality standards while meeting output goals.
A Day in the LifeAt 5:00 AM, your shift begins with a review of blueprints and schematics. You gather parts, verify inventory, and set up machines and hand tools. You’ll assemble fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and machinery; wire industrial control panels; and package completed builds to spec. Throughout the day, you log production data, note maintenance activity, and flag any inconsistencies so issues are resolved quickly. You’ll keep conveyors and equipment running, performing basic repairs when needed, and you’ll complete panel builds end‑to‑end—measure, drill, tap, and lay out components—using breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, lights, SPDs, and other devices. Quality checks are routine and aligned to company policy. Collaboration is constant: you support teammates during peak demand, adhere to start/stop and break times, and pitch in with overtime when requested. You’ll also interact with customers confidently when needed, reflecting our company culture. Other job‑related duties may be assigned.

- Track tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with a materials handler for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic quality checks; correct issues and alert a supervisor when necessary.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
