Quality Assurance Specialist Compensation
- Payrate: $19.00 per hour
- Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm AZ time
Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate interactions for adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with training teams and management to address performance gaps.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across operations.
Quality Assurance Specialist QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Hybrid role, requiring 4 days in office.
- Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm AZ time.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role.
