Assistant Community Manager

Job Description
The Assistant Community Manager plays a key role in supporting the management team of residential apartment communities. This position involves fostering positive resident relations, handling conflict resolution, supporting lease administration, and maintaining strong community engagement. The Assistant Community Manager works closely with a medium-sized team and frequently interacts with residents, team members, and occasionally external vendors, while exercising independent decision-making to ensure smooth community operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive resident relations and promptly address resident concerns
- Resolve conflicts efficiently to uphold community harmony
- Support lease administration and ensure compliance with policies
- Assist and support a team of 4-7 community members
- Coordinate communication among residents, team members, and external vendors
- Foster engagement within the residential apartment community
- Coordinate with vendors on an as-needed basis
- Exercise independent decision-making to address day-to-day community needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
