MAT Ramp: TESA Cyber Engineer
Job Title: TESA Cyber Engineer Location: Tucson, AZ Zip Code: 85701 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $76.19 /hr. Start Date: Immediate Shift: 8am - 5pm, 9/80 schedule *Active US Secret Clearance Preferred but not required The Cyber Engineer - Compliance is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and validating cybersecurity controls to ensure systems, networks, operational technology (OT), and third-party integrations meet regulatory, contractual, and enterprise compliance requirements. Key deliverables for this role: * Implement and sustain security controls aligned with:
* NIST SP 800-171
* CMMC
* DFARS 252.204-7012
- NIST SP 800-53 (as applicable)
- NIST SP 800-82 (OT environments)
- Translate regulatory requirements into enforceable technical controls.
- Ensure enterprise policy alignment across IT, OT, and third-party environments.
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree, STEM
- Research cybersecurity topics and Raytheon processes
- Write help guides/templates
- Prepare for peer reviews
- Making updates to documents
- Writing requirements and their verification methods
- Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables)
- System vulnerability analysis
- Windows OS proficiency
- Linux OS proficiency
- Networking fundamentals
