Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings, especially with K-8th grade students
• Proficient in IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs
• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and IEP compliance
• Attend IEP meetings, providing expertise and support to families and staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster optimal student outcomes
• Adapt interventions and communication techniques to support high-needs students
