Position Summary

As an In-House Sales Representative , you’ll speak with individuals seeking help with unsecured debt, assess their financial situation, and guide them into customized debt relief programs. You’ll work in a supportive environment with warm leads, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to earn residual commissions for the life of each client plan.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Mesa location — ideal for someone looking for a stable base pay with strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients seeking debt relief solutions.
• Build rapport and understand each client’s financial challenges.
• Explain program options clearly and guide clients through enrollment.
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals with integrity and professionalism.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No weekends or major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $17.50/hour (40 hours/week guaranteed)

Monthly Commission:

• 5% of all client payments received (average plan: 30 months at $199.95/month)
• Commissions are paid monthly on the first Friday of the following month

Performance Unlocks:

• 10 deals/month → 10% of commission pool
• 20 deals → 25% of commission pool
• 30 deals → 50% of commission pool
• 40 deals → 100% of commission pool
• 50+ deals → 110% of commission pool

Average First-Year Income: $55,000–$75,000+ (uncapped)
Residual Income: Continue earning for up to 30 months per enrolled client while employed

• Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required (we train the right people!)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive financial matters
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation
