We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a caring and engaging personality, a pleasant and steadfast demeanor, and great communication skills. A positive attitude and great work ethic are essential. This position is not for the faint of heart. You will have to work hard and overcome obstacles, but you will truly change people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• The Admissions Representative is responsible for presenting the campus and its programs to potential students
• Conduct all admissions activities with the highest integrity and business ethics while adhering to state, federal, and company policies and regulations
• Work with other departments to ensure a positive work environment that puts the needs of the student first
• Help and consult with prospective students on the benefits of education
• Accurately and compliantly communicate the campus features and program information to prospective students.
• Participate in follow-up activities with enrolled students
• Forecast new students who will be in class to accurately account for classroom occupancy
• A positive attitude and ability to inspire, engage, and coach potential students

Knowledge, Education & Experience:

• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Excellent phone skills, and preferably cold calling experience
• Inside or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proven self-starter who continually pursues learning opportunities
• Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate a Windows system and adaptable to new technology
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, variable shifts and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check and drug test

The Refrigeration School (RSI ) offers vocational training in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC/R), and Welding. These industries need a skilled workforce and are not going away. Most of our hands-on programs take less than a year to complete to get students in the field faster.
