Your day to day as a Physical TherapistAs a Full-Time Physical Therapist at American Premier Home Health, you will embark on a rewarding journey each day. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises. You'll provide hands-on support and guidance, ensuring patients are progressing towards their goals. Daily documentation of patient progress is essential, as is collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
You will also educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs. Additionally, maintaining a safe and organized treatment environment is a key expectation. Your role will be pivotal in promoting patient motivation and engagement in their recovery journey, ensuring that each day contributes to meaningful improvement in their quality of life.
