As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at American Premier Home Health, you will embark on a rewarding journey each day. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises. You'll provide hands-on support and guidance, ensuring patients are progressing towards their goals.
