Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum pediatric primary care (newborn through adolescence)
• Perform well-child exams, sick visits, and routine immunizations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Provide patient and family education on preventive care and wellness
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and social services

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for Arizona medical license

• Commitment to patient-centered community healthcare
