About the role As a Food Innovation Specialist for Foodservice Chains, you will lead food application and business development efforts across the Western US. This role focuses on expanding Kerry's customized and branded food solutions within top chain accounts, driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role with 50% travel. Key responsibilities + Manage and direct all food application and business efforts for assigned foodservice customers across the Western US. + Defend and expand existing base of Customized and Branded business with current active customers through account penetration and increasing menu usage. + Develop new and profitable Customized and Branded food applications and business at targeted accounts by identifying value added solutions to meet customers menu needs. + Manage customer relationships at all levels at assigned foodservice chain accounts. Focus on generating profitable business by developing customer strategies that address customer goals, objectives, and culture. + Manage and orchestrate all customer opportunities and activities, utilizing the appropriate resources to win. + Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies. + Analyze business and consumer trends to develop business growth strategy and manage total opportunity pipeline. Qualifications and skills + Bachelor's degree in culinary, food science, or related. + Minimum 5 years' experience working with Top 100 Chain Customers in a food application / menu development role. + Strong food application experience and food menu development experience + Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong initiative, with ability to be a team player. + Advanced professional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and project management skills. + Experience with Salesforce.com a plus. + Availability to travel up to 50%. ​Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
