Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and organizing client arrangements
Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and planning timelines
Research and organize options related to activities, venues, and travel logistics
Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed
Track planning details and maintain organized documentation
Support the overall coordination process from planning through completion
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Comfortable learning and using digital planning tools
Experience in hospitality, events, administration, or customer service is beneficial but not required
