We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care, progress, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide education to patients and caregivers about treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Arizona state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Valid CPR certification
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
What you'll get
- Compensation Range: $75000 - $90,000 Based on Experience
- $5000 - $10000 Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Bonus, and Therapist Incentive
