**Facility Maintenance role** **Must have experience-This is NOT Entry Level** Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Facility Maintenance to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance, you will be part of the operations supporting a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job set to start ASAP!** **Job Title:** Facility Maintenance **Location:** Mesa, AZ **Schedule:** Friday, Saturday , Sunday and Monday 7:00am-5:30pm **Pay Range:** $19.50 per hour **What's the Job?** + Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of all back office and shared spaces within the facility. + Perform routine cleaning sweeps including kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment. + Order and replenish consumables throughout various areas to ensure a well-stocked environment. + Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering. + Assist the engineering team with small projects and perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles. + Ability to take direction well and show initiative in completing tasks. + Comfortable cleaning restrooms and handling various cleaning tasks. + Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment such as forklifts. + Strong interpersonal skills to forge positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain experience in facility maintenance and custodial services. + Be part of a team that values cleanliness and organization. + Develop skills in facility maintenance software and basic repair tasks. + Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere through your efforts. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
