Asphalt Crew Member Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• 6AM - 3PM (8 - 10 hour shifts)

Job Duties

• Perform general asphalt labor including squeegeeing and spreading materials
• Assist with taping off and preparing work areas for projects
• Support truck operations and material handling on-site
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently

Asphalt Crew Member Qualifications:

• Previous asphalt or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow directions
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
