- Signing Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of insurance sales professionals
- Drive new business production and client retention
- Implement sales strategies and performance goals
- Recruit, train, and mentor producers
- Monitor metrics and ensure high service standards
- Build relationships within the East Valley community and business market
- Sales experience preferred (insurance experience helpful but not required)
- Leadership or team management experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (support provided
