ABOUT THE ROLE

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for conducting a face to face encounter and documenting the clinical findings supporting a life expectancy of 6 months or less.

*This is a PRN position for Tucson and surrounding areas*

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice professional nursing in the state in which we do business.
• Two (2) years of experience in hospital, medical outpatient clinic, hospice, home care or healthcare setting.
• Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to travel
