Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Tele Float (Direct Hire)
Location: Arizona
Shift: Variable | Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $39.13 – $51.21 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Med Surg/Tele Float RN to join a dynamic acute care team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to 5–6 patients with medical or surgical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor telemetry, and provide post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between Med Surg and PCU units as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using Meditech.
  

Requirements:

• Active AZ RN License (or compact license).
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience .
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EKG competency.
• Willingness to work weekends and variable shifts.
• Must complete a De-escalation Techniques course within 6 months of hire.
  

Schedule:

• Variable shifts, every other weekend or one weekend day per week.
• Orientation: 2–3 shifts on unit plus 8-hour hospital orientation.
  

Education:

• ASN, BSN, or MSN required.
