Product Manager - Asset Health

The Position: Reporting to the Head of Product Management, we are seeking a Product Manager to join a global team where your role will be to define and drive the strategic direction for the Asset Health portfolio. Working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will combine customer‑centric product leadership, data‑driven decision making, and deep domain understanding to ensure the Asset Health solution delivers measurable value to mining operations globally.

In addition but not limited to the following duties/responsibilities.

• Define and articulate the long‑term vision and strategic direction for the Asset Health product line.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide roadmap priorities.
• Leverage real‑world insights to inform feature design, roadmap decisions, and product positioning.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Asset Health architecture, telemetry flows, OEM integrations, analytics, and backend systems
• Maintain awareness of adjacent ecosystems (OEMs, telematics providers, analytics partners) to identify collaboration or integration opportunities

As part of our globally distributed team, this role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction. You will be empowered to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives independently, while collaborating across time zones and cultures. This position will partner closely with our India team, therefore availability for work evening based outside office hours will be required. This dynamic environment may require availability for meetings in various time zones or international travel throughout the year.

Role will be hired in a hybrid arrangement between office based in our HQ downtown Tucson and working from home.

About you

In addition but not limited to the following skills/attributes.

• Experience in software product management, product ownership, or a closely related technical leadership role.
• Background in industrial, mining, or heavy‑equipment technologies, ideally around Asset Health.

• Proven ability to create or contribute to technical documentation.
• Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and functions.
• Agility: Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies when needed.
• Self-Leadership: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Valid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
• Proven success in collaborating in a customer centric, solution focused engagement
