Full-Time Nanny Needed for Two Sweet Sisters | Long-Term Opportunity | Chandler, AZ

Starting Rate: $18.50/hr + eligibility for raises in the future

Location: 85248, Chandler, AZ

We are a family in Chandler looking for a warm, experienced, and engaging nanny to become a long-term part of our family. We have two wonderful little girls (3YO and 1YO) and are hoping to find someone who shares our family values, loves early childhood development, and enjoys creating fun, enriching days for children - we do have a cat in the house that will not require any pet care! Faith is important to our family; we would love someone who is comfortable supporting Christian/Catholic values through things like Bible stories, lessons, or crafts. We are a screen-free household, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being engaged and interactive with children. We love getting the girls out of the house and are looking for someone who enjoys planning enriching outings such as library visits, museums, parks, splash pads, and other age-appropriate activities most mornings.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Full-Time | 39 Hours Per Week

Weekly Schedule:

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What We’re Looking For

We would love to find a nanny who is:

• Warm, patient, positive, and dependable
• 3–5+ years of childcare experience with toddlers and young children preferred
• Experience supporting potty training
• Confident working in a home with parents working remotely
• Comfortable driving children to activities and outings
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred, as our girls are learning both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, engaging care for both children
• Planning enriching, developmentally appropriate activities and outings
• Reading, crafts, educational play, and Bible-based activities/stories
• Preparing healthy meals/lunches for the girls
• Cleaning up after the children and helping encourage clean-up habits
• Supporting routines, boundaries, and positive behavior

Important Family Preferences

• No screen time (TVs, tablets, phones, etc.)
• We value privacy and ask that no photos of our children be shared via text, email, or online
• We are looking for someone who will become a trusted, long-term part of our children’s lives

1 Week PTO, plus an additional week after 6 months of employment
