Your Mission: The Marketing Coordinator at Sun Health will play a key role in advancing the organization's sales and marketing initiatives through the strategic execution of lead-generation programs, sales events, and marketing communications. This individual will operate as a central coordinator between the corporate marketing team and community sales teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing activities that drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, and working collaboratively with brand, digital, and communications teams, this role will proactively manage marketing logistics, implement tactical campaigns, and support key initiatives that elevate the Sun Health brand and enhance the customer journey from prospect to resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads planning and logistics for on-site and virtual sales events, including coordination of speakers, vendors, catering, space reservations, signage, and materials to ensure flawless execution.
• Acts as project lead and liaison between internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, creative approvals, production schedules, and delivery of marketing assets.
• Supports marketing campaign execution including traditional marketing, email marketing, and webpage updates for sales events and lead capture.
• Monitors and evaluates campaign and event performance, tracking key metrics in CRM systems and marketing dashboards to assess ROI and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
• Coordinates advertising placements and content calendars for digital and print media; manages inbound media inquiries and supports content development for blogs and thought leadership opportunities.
• Ensures brand consistency and compliance across all marketing touchpoints by adhering to the creative and messaging standards of Sun Health and its associated properties.
• Demonstrates strong initiative in identifying process improvements, anticipating event needs, and supporting the development of scalable marketing solutions.
• Performs all functions in compliance with policies, procedures, accreditation requirements, and professional standards.
• Provides all customers/audiences of Sun Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health values every day.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Required.
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar field preferred; commensurate experience will be considered.
• Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Requires reliable transportation in employee provided vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related field. Required.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and basic CMS editing. Required.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics. Required.
• Experience with sales CRM systems such as ALINE, SalesForce, etc. Preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, MailChimp, etc. Preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress. Preferred.
• Knowledge of major trends in health care, senior living, health and wellness, and mass communication. Preferred.
