Part-time Ecommerce Coordinator

PART TIME - 20-30hrs weekly We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable eCommerce Coordinator to support personalization and merchandising efforts on our online commerce platform. This temporary, part-time role will help execute personalized offers, build product collections, and create branded landing pages to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalization & Offer Execution + Upload customer segments and configure digital offers using Instacart Partner Platform (IPP) + Coordinate with CRM and personalization teams for accurate targeting + QA offers and troubleshoot redemption issues + Respond to customer care escalations related to offers + Maintain documentation and templates for recurring offer types 2. Site Merchandising & Page Building + Build and manage product collection and brand landing pages (e.g., Summer Block Party) + Collaborate with shopper marketing to gather assets and SKU lists + Validate product data using internal tools + Upload creative assets and configure layouts in IPP + Follow brand guidelines and wireframes for page design + Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
