- 5+ years professional experience (employed or self-employed)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram in a professional context
- Confident communicator via phone and Zoom
- Professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Self-managed, reliable, and consistent in weekly activity
- Genuinely interested in personal development and ongoing learning
