Apartment Leasing Consultant - Bilingual Preferred
Location: Mesa, AZ Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 (based on experience) Are you a friendly, customer-focused professional with a knack for making people feel at home? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our fabulous team in Mesa! In this exciting role, you will be the heartbeat of our community, welcoming prospective and current residents and ensuring they experience a seamless and enjoyable leasing journey. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales
- Showcase Our Community: Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the unique benefits of our beautiful residences.
- Guide the Way: Walk prospects through the entire leasing process with utmost professionalism and a personal touch.
Resident Relations
- Be the Go-To Person: Address inquiries with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting with lease applications, renewals, and service requests.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of care through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails to ensure resident satisfaction.
Administrative & Technology Use
- Stay Organized: Utilize property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) to keep accurate records of residents and applicants.
- Comply with Regulations: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies while maintaining an inclusive environment.
Team Collaboration
- Unite for Success: Partner with your team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver an outstanding resident experience.
Qualifications
- Experience Counts: Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience in a property management setting (required).
- Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster strong relationships with residents.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with leasing software like Yardi or AppFolio is preferred.
- Certification Required: Fair Housing Certification obtained within the past year (required).
- Dependability: Weekend availability and reliable transportation are necessary.
