This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services. **What You'll Do:** + Review and interpret lease documents to identify key dates, delivery obligations, and commencement terms for new store openings. + Draft and route date certificates using pre-approved templates. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Abstraction, Document Management, and client regional teams to validate lease terms and support timely lease administration tasks. + Adhering to client-defined Service Level Agreements by completing assigned tasks within established timeframes and escalating risk to timelines when necessary. + Review contracts to properly identify fees. This includes sharing audit savings, travel reimbursements, etc. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
