Front Desk Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant who thrives in a people-facing role and enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do + Serve as the friendly face at our front desk, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. + Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. + Draft and prepare client contracts with accuracy and attention to detail. + Provide general administrative support to keep the office organized and efficient. What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: + Administrative/Office Clerk experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers Soft Skills: + Strong customer service mindset + Detail-oriented and highly organized + Ability to work independently and collaboratively Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
