- Perform quality repairs at all times and notify management of any substandard processes, parts, or procedures.
- Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any issue which may cause a repair delay to a vehicle. Maintain employee, customer, and vendor confidence while protecting operations by exercising discretion when handling sensitive confidential information.
- Ensure all repairs are performed to the highest standards of quality Arrange for necessary verification of work by testing, measuring, etc.
