Role Type: Full-Time | Night Shift

Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM

Rate: $25–$35 per hour

Challenges you’ll take on

• Operate CNC milling machines with discipline and attention to process
• Interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical documentation to plan work
• Load materials and unload finished parts efficiently
• Perform basic machine setups; identify and communicate tooling needs
• Measure, inspect, and record production and quality data
• Keep your station immaculate and complete all documentation
• Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications you’ll bring

• 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate command of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Clear communicator with teamwork mindset and problem‑solving chops
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, CNC tooling, and CNC programming

Physical demands

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with occasional fumes, odors, and dust
