Welder / Fabricator – Field Install (2–3 Positions Available)
Location: Various field sites across the Phoenix East Valley
Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience & certifications)
Start Time: 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM depending on jobsite location

Position Overview
Express is helping Diersen Welding & Fabrication who is seeking experienced Welders to support fabrication and field installation projects. This role requires strong welding skills, the ability to work in outdoor/field environments, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates must have at least 4 years of welding experience and be comfortable working early morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, Stick, and TIG welding on structural and fabricated components
- Complete field installation work at various job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification
- Operate boom lifts and other field equipment safely
- Follow all OSHA and site‑specific safety procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Work independently or as part of a field crew
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years welding experience (MIG / Stick / TIG)
- D1.1, 3G welding certification (required)
- OSHA‑10 certification
- Boom lift certification
- Strong fabrication and installation skills
- Ability to work outdoors and in field environments
- Reliable transportation to reach early‑morning job sites
