Physical Therapist - Mobile Home Visits
We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide home visits in the Central Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.

Job Requirements:
Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
1 year of experience is required.
Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week.
