Job Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle accounts receivable functions including high-volume billing, cash applications (checks, ACH, EDI), deposits, manual credits, and collections across 15+ major customers

· Monitor and analyze aging reports, DSO, remittance trends, and leading indicators to proactively resolve payment discrepancies

· Lead AR review meetings, download and analyze account data, and identify root causes for delayed payments or EDI failures

· Perform exemption reporting, verification, and research while ensuring accuracy across multiple customer portals

· Extract, manage, and present large data sets using advanced Excel and reporting tools

· Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues while supporting operations with a high level of accountability

Requirements:

· Experience with high-volume data management, exemption reporting and verification, and troubleshooting EDI transactions to ensure accuracy

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Preferred:

· Experience with Dynamics 365
