Arizona Ophthalmologist Opportunity in Private Practice (Phoenix)

Ophthalmic Surgeons & Physicians is a busy four MD and two OD ophthalmology practice in Arizona, looking for a motivated ophthalmologist to join our group. We are looking for a cataract surgeon with premium lens experience, refractive surgery experience or desire to learn refractive surgery, and/or a fellowship trained cornea & refractive surgeon with premium lens experience. We are a private practice. This doctor would be joining with the possibility of becoming a future, owning partner. We have three locations in the metropolitan Phoenix area: Tempe, Phoenix, and Sun Lakes. All offices are equipped with the key technology needed in eye care, including a Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) Light Delivery Device (LDD).

We are a private practice with two comprehensive ophthalmologists, and two fellowship trained ophthalmologists in the following subspecialties: Glaucoma, and Orbit & Oculofacial plastic surgery. Our optometrists are well trained in medical optometry and postoperative cataract care. We are not owned by a private equity group. We are looking for a surgeon who is interested in joining a busy surgical practice with specific focus on cataract surgery, anterior segment surgery, refractive surgery, and premium intraocular lens surgery. Both experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply. One of our key focuses will be finding someone who has a strong commitment to patient service excellence, wants to be busy, and is a team player.

Arizona residents enjoy terrific weather year round with an average of 314 days of sunshine a year. We are in the middle of a region with a large variety of shopping, dining, cultural and sporting events, and golf. Tempe is the home of Arizona State University. For sports enthusiasts, there are local NFL, NBA, MLB, and WNBA teams. There are annual PGA & LPGA tournaments, NASCAR races, MLB Spring Training sites, international horse show events, and other spectator events. It is the perfect city for a family.
