What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Educate clients on insurance products and help them choose the best coverage options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving.
Process policy applications, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Must have prior experience working in an insurance agent's office.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
