Remote Operations Support Coordinators
We are currently looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Operations Support Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with organizing schedules, coordinating booking details, and supporting clients throughout the planning process to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy staying organized, communicating with clients, and managing details in a fast-paced, supportive environment. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate schedules, bookings, and confirmations for clients
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
- Review details to ensure accuracy across all reservations and plans
- Assist with organizing timelines and keeping schedules on track
- Provide professional and friendly support throughout the entire process
- Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions
- Follow up as needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience
