Sales Support Representative
Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist customers via phone and email, guiding them to the right product solutions. This role involves answering general inquiries, assisting with product selection, and facilitating sales. For highly technical questions, you will work closely with our Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Forward technical inquiries to the Customer Support Specialist as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to optimize customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand product features.
• Energetic and engaging personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to assisting customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience).
• Quarterly performance-based bonus of up to 10% of salary , based on individual performance and sales contribution.
• Paid time off: 5 sick days per year and 7 paid holidays.
