What We’re Looking For:

We need an experienced, quality-focused Service Writer who can be the friendly face of our repair department. You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Top-Notch Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of making customers feel welcomed, heard, and valued.
• A Basic Understanding of Mechanical Concepts: You don’t need to be a master mechanic, but you should know your way around a vehicle well enough to explain repairs to customers.
• A Strong, Friendly Personality: You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building lasting relationships.
• An Upbeat, Positive Attitude: You bring great energy to the shop every single day.
• Excellent Communication & Organization: The ability to keep the front desk running smoothly and keep our technicians in the loop.

We are hiring for our new, expanding service department. Our facility is newly renovated with heating, air conditioning, led lighting, and insulation. It has 17 service bays and up-to-date equipment. The dealership, a mid-century building, has been recently renovated.

We operate Monday to Friday, with optional weekends and major holidays off. Our work environment is family-friendly, positive, and upbeat. Our service bays are clean and newly renovated. We offer very competitive pay and benefits, based on experience. We have a lot of work!!
