Production Services Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Production Services Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, MS SQL Server, and Oracle, and will manage production support, ensure SLAs are met, and drive process improvements.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Production Services Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of technology platforms (Java, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Unix, etc.)

• Identifying, escalating, and resolving production issues through incident management

• Ensuring production and performance SLAs are met

• Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis for escalated incidents

• Continuously improving operational processes, policies, and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience with L2 Production Support, 2+ years of experience supporting Java or .NET applications, 2+ years of experience with SQL or Oracle database, 1+ years of experience with Splunk or Dynatrace to triage issues, 2+ years of experience with Unix.

• Strong knowledge of Java, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and incident management.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk.

• Familiarity with middleware components such as IBM Websphere MQ and MuleSoft.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
