Authority & Supervision

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations. This role works closely with internal teams to support promotional strategies, brand initiatives, and marketing projects across company locations. The Marketing Assistant helps ensure marketing activities are organized, efficient, and aligned with overall business goals.

Personnel Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
• Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations for internal use.
• Assist with event coordination and promotional planning.
• Support content coordination for digital platforms and marketing communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling marketing data.
• Maintain organization of marketing assets and materials.
• Support collaboration between marketing and other departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Prior marketing experience, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of marketing practices, campaigns, and brand strategy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
