Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE)

About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to help transform and scale our property management operations through AI and automation. This role is focused on building and improving systems, using AI, coding, and automation tools to streamline and optimize our internal processes. The goal is to create efficient, scalable, and largely self-operating workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement fully automated workflows using AI, Python, APIs, and automation tools.
• Develop end-to-end systems that convert manual processes into AI-driven solutions.
• Build and optimize key operational processes, including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Delinquency management (e.g., rent reminders, follow-ups, tracking).
  • Deal flow / lead management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by replacing manual tasks with automation and agentic AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as CRM and property management platforms.
• Work closely with leadership to develop scalable, data-driven processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or software engineering.
• Experience with Python and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools / LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, APIs).
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Make).
• Proven experience building workflows, scripts, or automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
• Knowledgeable or has experience working in a real estate/ property management company.
• Experience with property management tools like AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools.
• Background in startups or operations-focused environments.
