What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced technical support for complex electro/mechanical systems, software, and network environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues that frontline support cannot resolve
• Collaborate with engineering teams to report and resolve design, reliability, and system issues
• Support system installations, customer training, and ongoing technical service management
• Ensure repairs and system performance meet quality standards and customer requirements

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems troubleshooting, or IT/network environments
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows-based systems, software applications, and network infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience with tools such as SQL Server, ERP/CRM systems, or network monitoring tools
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) certification or equivalent IAII certification

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with root cause analysis and failure reporting
• Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Terminal Server, or CA Spectrum
• Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems
• Strong customer-facing skills with direct technical support experience
