Leasing Sales Specialist, Multi-Site

Sparrow Partners
Phoenix, AZ

Are you a servant leader who is passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both your team and the people you serve? Do you thrive on problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on, and working with diverse personalities? If you are a natural relationship builder, a self-starter, and someone who can seamlessly adapt to different environments while building meaningful relationships, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Strategist to manage the day-to-day sales responsibilities at our Active Adult 55+ communities during times of transition or vacancies. The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking problem solver, self-starter, and an expert in driving sales and occupancy. They will not only support communities in need of sales coverage, but also prepare the sales office for a new team member and assist in onboarding and training the incoming Sales Specialist for 1-2 weeks after they start.

This role will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Leader and Regional Manager to develop and execute community-specific goals. The Sales Strategist will also play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition by organizing sales offices, refining sales processes, and maintaining momentum until a permanent Sales Specialist is in place.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the interim sales leader at communities experiencing sales team vacancies, ensuring continuity in leasing, marketing, and outreach efforts.

  • Organize and optimize the sales office for efficiency and readiness before a new Sales Specialist is hired.

  • Onboard and train new Sales Specialists for 1-2 weeks, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Manager to tailor sales strategies and goals based on each community’s unique needs.

  • Lead all marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by providing an exceptional prospect experience.

  • Conduct outreach marketing efforts, including networking, attending events, and generating new leads.

  • Manage social media accounts to promote the community lifestyle and increase engagement.

  • Ensure timely and strategic follow-up with all prospects using the CRM system to nurture leads and increase conversions.

  • Maintain strong market knowledge of local competitors and Sparrow’s unique value proposition.

  • Ensure the community meets company standards for show quality by inspecting models, amenities, and common areas.

  • Assist with executing sales and lifestyle events, from setup to engagement and follow-through.

  • Build relationships with community members, soliciting feedback and fostering a sense of belonging.

  • Travel up to 75% (including local travel)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in multifamily housing, active adult, senior housing or hospitality.

  • Regional sales or multi-site support experience, preferred

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet occupancy goals.

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.

  • Quick-thinking problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills—able to work well with a variety of personalities and adapt to different community cultures.

  • Strong organizational skills to prepare and optimize sales offices for smooth transitions.

  • Experience with onboarding and training new team members in a sales setting.

  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar).

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with regional leadership.

  • Commitment to servant leadership—a team player who genuinely cares about supporting others.

  • Must have reliable transportation; flexibility to work a regular Tues-Sat schedule.

  • Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.

What You’ll Love About Working with Us

  • A purpose-driven culture where you can make a tangible impact.

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • 401K with employer match to support your financial future.

  • Generous paid time off to maintain a work-life balance.

  • Milestone anniversary rewards including travel, spa retreats, home down payments, student loan payoffs, sabbaticals, and more

  • Extensive travel opportunities across multiple regions.
