I opened my agency in June of 2025 after spending several years as a State Farm team member, with a clear goal of building something meaningful and growth-focused. Right now, our team consists of myself and one sales representative, and we’re excited to continue expanding. I’m originally from Illinois, played college baseball, and recently relocated to Arizona. Sports are a big part of my life, and we plan to stay active in the community through sponsored sporting events like pickleball tournaments and golf outings in the future. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brayden Hough - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
