This role is crucial to ensuring the security and compliance of our software development processes. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in datacenter support and have on of the following certifications: IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification, and an active Secret clearance, we encourage you to apply.

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years’ experience.
• One of the following IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification. Applications without a certificate will not be considered .
• Experience with SAN technologies in a highly virtualized and converged environment.
• Experience maintaining a high availability datacenter.
• Relevant skills include VMWare Vsphere, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN technologies and applications, and Active Directory.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security clearance.

Job Duties:

• As part of the data center support group, you will be tasked with configuring SAN/NAS systems, managing backup solutions, and maintaining the security of the data center.
• Responsible for monitoring and providing daily support to ensure the health and availability of IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud-based programs and applications.
• Responsible for planning, installation, maintenance as well as troubleshooting and managing all Storage Engineer servers and applications.
• Design, implement, oversee the organizations data storage systems, working with networks, databases and other high-capacity systems.
• Planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, managing all Storage Engineer servers and applications.
