Civil Engineering Sales Associate

Epsilon Geotechnical & Material, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineering Sales Associate to support our growing engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction material testing, takeoffs and estimates, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam or similar software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new clients and bring business to the company
• Perform construction material testing takeoffs for potential projects
• Navigate online construction journals to find new projects to bid on
• Use in-house Excel template and improve if required
• Utilize Bluebeam for more advanced estimates
• Follow up with clients on pending proposals

Experience:

• 2+ years of construction sales experience
• Construction estimating experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design standards
• Proficiency in using engineering estimating software such as Bluebeam or similar
• Willingness to learn about our services to effectively market them to new clients
• Ability to be approachable, relatable, and confident while speaking with clients
• Familiarity with construction material testing standards and frequencies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with professionals from different disciplines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly and concisely

Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
