We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician OR 4th Year Medical Resident, to join our dynamic healthcare team in Casa Grande. Our practice is known for its commitment to providing exceptional women's health care, utilizing the latest medical practices and technologies in a supportive and collaborative environment. Please note, this position is specifically for candidates trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology; we are not considering applicants focused solely on Gynecology or those looking for a Laborist position.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $300,000-$375,000

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Office Hours)
• On Call 6-8 times a month (24 hour Shift) – Deliveries/Surgeries
• 20-25 Patients a day (In Clinic)
• Setting: Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient services, including surgeries and deliveries
• Duties: Deliver full-spectrum obstetric and gynecological care, from preventive services to prenatal care, delivery management, and surgical interventions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and lead in patient care decisions, supported by a skilled healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Candidates with prior experience, recent graduates, or individuals in their fourth year of residency are encouraged to apply
• Certification: Must be OB/GYN - Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Fourth-year residents who sign a two-year contract will receive a small stipend from the time of graduation until their official start date.
• Skills: Strong commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive women's healthcare, excellent surgical and clinical skills, and effective communication abilities
• Licensure: Must have a clear and active medical license in the State of Arizona
