Special Requests:
- An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Required Credentials:
- Must pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam within two attempts prior to signing contract; an 80% score is required. Failure to achieve 80% after two attempts results in DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.
- A pass/fail Sim Lab is required on Day 1 of orientation; study guides are provided with first-day instructions.
- Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
- At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job being applied to.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend; weekends are worked in rotation with core staff.
- Holidays: Yes (A or B).
Floating Requirements:
- First to float.
- May float to a sister/like facility in Mesa if needed.
